So another class is done! Another great group of guys and girls hopefully on there way to a job they love! Thank you as always to the O. F. A for all the support and to the two beautiful women who came for support!

So once again I look forward to another health talk at the O.F.A. While a lot of the same things are said it is always wonderful to see what new questions and personalities will bring to the talk. Always something to look forward too!

It is getting colder. The kids are back in school. Have you given any thought to being prepared for cold and flue season? Don't let it catch you off guard this year. Speak to your practitioner about how to get ready for yet another season.

The new office is up and running! Thank you everyone who helped me to make a great space.Here's hoping I can do some great things and help people along the way!

I have just started renovations on my office. Hoping to have it completed by middle of next week. Looking forward to a fresh look and new success!
